For nutritionists, personal trainers and doctors

Know which client needs you this week.

New data on every client, in real time, and a clear next action. Nico is built to help you act on what you see: closer attention for clients, better outcomes, and a more efficient, more profitable practice.

What you get

New data, as it happens, with a next step.

01New data

See what happens between appointments.

Continuous glucose readings from the Nico energy sensor, plus the sleep, exercise, stress and food your clients log in the app. Blood results and scans sit on the same page.

02Real time

No waiting for the next session.

You see what happened after each meal and each short night as it syncs, so a problem in week one gets dealt with in week one.

03Action

A short list of who needs you.

Each week Nico lists the clients to call, see, email or send something to, and why. Mark each one done when it’s handled.

Your practice dashboard

Start the week knowing who to call.

Actions this week picks the clients at most risk of dropping off and those with the clearest next step, and suggests how to reach each one: a call, a face-to-face session, an email or something to read.

Risk is based on what clients do: missed check-ins, rising glucose spikes, a sensor that has expired and not been replaced.

The client page

One screen to share in the session.

Glucose, blood results and bone scans for one client on a single page, each figure marked with where it came from. Tabs cover insights across sources, how they compare with people like them, where their results are heading, and their family and health history.

Press Present to client and the clinical terms turn into everyday language, and your notes and navigation disappear, so you can turn the screen round. Try it on the right.

Example client

  • 3-month blood sugar38 mmol/mol

Your average blood sugar over the last three months. It shows how close you are to diabetes.

  • Iron stores46 µg/L

How much iron your body has in reserve. Low stores leave you tired.

  • Vitamin D58 nmol/L

Lets your body absorb calcium, which keeps your bones strong.

Better outcomes, better business

Good care and a healthy practice point the same way.

Closer attention

Your time goes to the clients whose numbers say they need it, instead of being spread evenly across everyone.

Better client outcomes

Habits get corrected while they are forming. Clients see their own progress between sessions, which keeps them going.

A more efficient, more profitable practice

Fewer clients drop off without warning, and the data shows who would benefit from nutrition support, a PT package or sleep coaching.

Consent

Clients choose what you see.

Each client decides which of their data to share with you, such as glucose, food diary, weight, activity or reports, and can stop sharing from the app at any time. We check every practice before it can connect real client data.

Nico is a wellness and coaching service, not a medical device. An energy sensor shows patterns and trends; diagnosing a condition still takes a blood test and your clinical judgement.

Ways to work with us

Two ways to partner with Nico.

Pick the one that fits, or run both: a discount for any client you recommend Nico to, and the full practice dashboard for the clients you work with closely.

Option A

Client discount

Clients pay for their own Nico. You give them a discount when you recommend it as part of your advice.

  • A set discount for your clients
  • Recommend Nico alongside your own plan
  • Each client owns their subscription
  • Little commitment from you

Option B

Full practice tool

You include Nico in your packages and get the full practice dashboard: each client’s data, a weekly action list and client pages.

  • Each client’s data, shared with their consent
  • A weekly list of who to contact and why
  • Client pages to go through in sessions
  • Flags for nutrition, PT and sleep coaching

See the practice dashboard and client page.

We'll show you a practice set up on example data, including a full client page in Present to client mode.
